In this episode I talk to "eating designer" Marije Vogelzang who is the head of the new Design Academy Eindhoven Food Non Food department. She's also a consultant to the food industry and a creator of provocative food-based installations that engage people with stories, memories, cultural traditions, social taboos and, ultimately, each other.
